WARRANTY Reese Tipis, warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase including the actual purchase date. Failure of Customer to tender written notice of claim to Reese Tipis within the applicable warranty period shall constitute a waiver of all claims with respect to such products. Reese Tipis' warranty obligations are limited to the repair or replacement of any product which Reese Tipis, in its sole discretion, determines to be subject to a valid warranty claim. Reese Tipis reserves the right to modify its warranty at any time, in its sole discretion. Reese Tipis' warranty obligations hereunder are expressly conditioned upon (i) proper installation, maintenance, and use of the product at all times, and (ii) no damage to the product from unusual mechanical stress, accidents, misuse, unauthorized alterations or modifications, unusual environmental conditions or other acts of God (Force Majeure).

All requests for warranty repairs and replacements must be made in accordance with Reese Tipis' return policy as stated elsewhere. Replacement products shall be new or like new in performance and shall be warranted for the remaining duration of the original warranty period. If a product is returned to Reese Tipis pursuant to a warranty claim, and Reese Tipis determines in its sole discretion that the product did not contain defective materials nor evidence defective workmanship, Reese Tipis may, at its option, and in addition to refusing to issue a refund or product replacement, charge the customer returning the product for any labor provided and expenses incurred by Reese Tipis in making such determination, at Reese Tipis' then current rates.

REESE TIPIS' WARRANTY WILL BE EFFECTIVE, AND REESE TIPIS WILL BE OBLIGATED TO HONOR ANY SUCH WARRANTIES, ONLY UPON REESE TIPIS' RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL FOR THE ITEM TO BE WARRANTED. REESE TIPIS' WARRANTY AS SET FORTH HEREIN IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY ALL APPLICABLE LAWS REESE TIPIS DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES NOT SET FORTH HEREIN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THIS WARRANTY PROVIDES YOU WITH SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH VARY BY STATE AND JURISDICTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS AND STATES DO NOT PROVIDE FOR LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY. IN THOSE SITUATIONS, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY.
